The German physician Dr. Samuel Hahnemann founded the homeopath in 1796. The alternative medicine is based on \u201cLike cures Like\u201d. A substance that causes symptoms of a disease in healthy people can cure similar symptoms in sick patients.<\/p>\n
Like the Traditional Chinese Medicine, homeopathy remedies were from natural ingredients, e.g. flowers, fruits, herbs, seeds and etc. They could be toxic. But they are diluted to reduce the toxic level and they become more effective to cure the disease. Thus they are safe even for pregnant women and children to take. Hahnemann recorded most of the remedies in Materia Medica.<\/p>\n
